How long does a repair take?
Most phone screens and batteries are done within the hour. Laptop repairs usually take one to three days, depending on parts. Your tracking page shows an estimated ready date as soon as we've diagnosed your device.
Do I need to book, or can I just walk in?
Walk-ins are always welcome. Booking online saves your spot, lets us check the parts are in stock before you arrive and gives you a tracking code straight away.
How much will my repair cost?
The prices on this page are starting prices. After a free diagnosis we send you an exact quote, and we never start work until you approve it.
Is my data safe with you?
Yes. Most repairs don't need access to your files and we never browse your device. If we need your passcode to test something, we'll ask you first.
Is there a warranty?
Every repair comes with a 12-month warranty on parts and labor. If the same fault comes back, we fix it for free.
What if you can't fix it?
Then you don't pay. Diagnosis is free, and if a repair isn't possible or isn't worth the cost, we'll tell you straight and hand your device back.
